How do I book a shoot?

You can easily book a shoot by either messaging me on Instagram off my media page @madmedia.llc, or by the contact tab letting me know what you would like to book.

What Is Your Typical Availability and Timeline?

I am available to shoot whenever just give me at least a week notice if it is during a weekday. I typically schedule most shoots on the weekends which can be scheduled 3-5 days in advance, just simple communication. The turnaround time for photo delivery would be 3-7 business days. However, if you need your photos expedited this service is available for an additional fee.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

I accept payments through various methods: Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, and Cash.

When Will I Receive My Photos?

You will receive your photos through an online gallery link containing all your RAW images within 24 hours after your shoot. From there, you can make selections of your favorite images for editing.

Where Are You Based And Do You Travel?

I am based in Charlotte, NC, but I am more than willing to travel to capture your story. Please note, that if I am driving outside of Charlotte, (30 minutes minimum) there will be a mileage fee added to your total. If I am in the city and you so happened to book me, that travel fee is waived.

Payment Terms:

Please note that payment for photography services is due in full on the day of the shoot. A $25 nonrefundable deposit of the total package price is required to secure your slot, with the remaining balance due on the day of your shoot. Failure to pay the full amount may result in a delay to receiving edited images until full payment is received.
